It has been confirmed by the chairmen of PSL Najam sethi that 2nd edition of PSL will be held in UAE next year. Although the final will be held in Lahore, Pakistan in Match, 2017
It was also stated that top international players will also take part in the final event if there teams will make it into the final they will play in Lahore.
As we all know that when in 2009 Australian cricket team was attacked by terrorist which results in injuring some players, after that tragic event International cricket was vanished from Pakistan but recently when Zimbabwe visited Pakistan for a series of game it result in a very positive way for the future of international cricket in Pakistan.
“I will not disclose the names of the foreign players who have agreed to play in Lahore but I can assure you that the final here will be bigger than the one held in the UAE,” Sethi told reporters at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) while visiting a training camp set up by PSL side Peshawar Zalmi.
Although Najam Sethi have decided not to reveal the names of international players but it’s clear from his speech that a new hope for rise of International cricket in Pakistan is on it’s way.
Najam Sethi was also very confident about bringing up new talent he said that this event will us in finding new talent.
